What is Disney’s return policy?
A. Tickets and packages at Walt Disney World Resort are nontransferable and nonrefundable. You cannot cancel or get a refund for a ticket or package, but in some cases you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation.
Can you return Disney merchandise without a receipt?
For Merchandise Returned WITHOUT an Original Receipt: A Disney Parks Merchandise Credit may be issued in the amount of the current selling price of the merchandise returned. Guests may be required to present a valid government issued ID as proof of identity.
Can you ship souvenirs from Disney?
All Walt Disney World Resort gift shops allow guests to ship their purchases home. The service is open to all guests, and not just those staying onsite. Shipping is typically done through UPS and requires a small fee.

If you are in Galaxy’s Edge you can head over to the Droid Depot to have them ship it for you. You can head over to Dok Ondar’s Den of Antiquities to have it shipped.
